Eligibility for Returns:
- Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Non-returnable Items: Certain items, such as customized products or items marked as final sale, are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team with your order details at Support@choicex.co.nz.
- Return Approval: Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Refunds and Processing:
- Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please specify the preferred size or product, subject to availability.
Return Shipping:
- Cost: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Tracking: We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Choicex is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per your preference.
