11. Consumer Rghts under NZ Law

Our  terms comply with the consumer guarantees act 1993(CGA), and the fair trading act 1986(FTA).

If a product i faulty, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind unless required by law.

For disputes, you can contact the commerce commission of New Zealand.  

12. Promotion & Discounts

Promotional offers may have separate terms.

Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.

13. Governing law & Dispute Resolution.

These terms are governed by New Zealand Law.

Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation first. then via the New Zealand Disputes tribunal or courts if necessary.
